Pinnacle Sports Productions, all charities benefiting from this event , event employees, and any and all sponsors, including their agents employees, assigns or anyone acting on their behalf, from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in the course of our participation in this event.This release and Wavier extends to all claims of every kind or nature of us or our likeness from this event for any purpose Applications of minors will be accepted only with parents or guardians signature Before team play begins. WE also realize that we are responsible for our own conduct of play. We vow to present ourselves and represent our team in a sportsmanlike manner. In the event that we individually fail to do so , We realize that our team may be ejected from the tournament without a refund. 3 v 3 Live Return policy is that to receive a refund you must submit a letter of explaination/request with one week of tournament and the 3 v 3 Live board will review your request within 10 business days with a decision of acceptance or denail based on reasons/circumstances of the said request.
